Greek Fleur De Sel

Unlike refined industrial salts, the Cyclades “fleur de Sel” salt is 100% natural, does not undergo any form of washing or chemical treatment, and nothing extra is added – Fluorine, Iodine, or Nitrite. It is simply sorted and sieved to ensure that consumers will always be offered naturally exquisite consistent quality.

Fleur de Sel is produced in Greece by the Aegean Sea, the Greek Sun and the Cycladian Wind of the Islands. It is hand harvested by salt workers, using skills and methods over than 3.000 years old. The salt is handpicked from sunbathed, surface rock cavities, where sea water evaporates and salt crystalizes.
